Cost

As the cost is dependent on many different factors e.g how urgent the project is, the number of words, the field, etc, so it ranges. You can send us an estimate of the word count or send us the file that needs to be translated at admin@lubusegroup.co.za and will give you a quote within 24 hours. We treat all the files sent confidentially.

Delivery

We always adhere to the delivery terms agreed upon. We take the quote that says time is money very seriously. We also know and understand that this will assist us in making our customers happy and to gain their loyalty.

Having said that we are not naive to the fact that sometimes things may not go as planned, in rare cases like that, we discuss a solution that we`ll make the customer happy.
